"I love sea turtles. I am that person that, when people describe me, they’re like “oh yeah, Victoria, she likes Harry Potter and sea turtles,” it's a part of my personality at this point. Over the years, I have amassed quite the collection, including some beautiful art pieces. When I received my BEAUTIFUL Kemp’s Ridley Sea Turtle from Val, I knew instantly that it would be a forever piece. It’s a piece that I feel so lucky to have, I brag about it all the time, and every time people see it they want to know who did it. I was lucky enough to receive this turtle as one of her earlier projects, and watching everything that Val has done since continues to amaze me. The way she turns beautiful images in nature into these even more spectacular mosaics is really special, and I am continuously excited to see what she’s going to make next."
