Shipping & Returns
At this time we ship to addresses in the United States of America only. Most items will be shipped by USPS Express Mail. We may, at our discretion, use a different shipping method in order to provide you the best service for your particular item(s).
We provide FREE SHIPPING within the United States on most items. Items that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly marked in the online store.
We also offer FREE local pick up or delivery (please see shipping options in the online store and shopping cart for details). On some larger items, this is the only option offered. Please contact us directly to arrange this service at: email@example.com.
To align with our commitment to reducing plastic waste and keeping our environmental impact to an absolute minimum, most items will be packaged with paper wrapping and filler. If we feel that we cannot properly protect an item for shipping this way, you may find other fillers and/or corner protection used.
We ask that you do what you can to reuse or recycle everything that arrives with your item!
Prices do not include taxes, appropriate taxes will be calculated and applied in the Shopping Cart.
Returns, refunds & Exchange Policy
We do our very best to provide quality photos and descriptions of the mosaics available in the online store. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will be happy to find a solution for you. If you would like a replacement item, and one is available at the same price as your original purchase, we will hold the replacement item and ship it to you upon receipt of your return.
We are also happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price of the original item, if that is your preference, or if a replacement item is unavailable.
For a full refund, the returned item must be received in new condition before the refund will be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please return all items in new condition within 14 days of resolution.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We ask that you carefully re-package the art work and provide us with a tracking number on return shipments.
All "sale" items are final and non-refundable.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.
